Swarovski Crystal Trunk Show brightens Cedarburg Feb. 7-10
ANYONE WHO ENJOYS beautiful things will marvel at the sparkling display of the Swarovski Crystal Trunk Show, scheduled Feb. 7-10 at Giralté Gems and Beads in Historic Cedarburg.
“The trunk show, which also takes place during Cedarburg’s Winter Festival, will feature vintage and other crystals directly from Swarovski. Many of these beads are not usually available for purchase,” says Marge Giralté, owner of the Cedarburg shop.
Swarovski, a historic European company, is known for the high lead content of its crystal, which maximizes refraction. “Nothing sparkles like Swarovski,” says Giralte.
Swarovski’s beads, produced in 180 colors and more than 120 shapes, represent an incredible variety. Giralte says her shop was selected by the prestigious company because of the reputation she has built in ten years of business, and because of the breadth of inventory at Giralté Gem and Beads.
A move during 2007 to the location at N62 W9580 Washington Ave. tripled the shop’s space and brought Giralté Gem and Beads to the heart of Cedarburg’s shopping district.
The trunk show will be held during the shop’s regular hours, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, and noon-4 p.m. Sunday. For more information, phone 262-375-5501 or visit www.giraltegemsandbeads.com.
