THE MILWAUKEE BUCKS’ outstanding play on the road and at home in March moved the team into a playoff position for the first time in four seasons. The Bucks, whose home court is the Bradley Center at 1001 N. 4th St., are led by Andrew Bogut, quickly becoming one of the best centers in the league, rookie sensation Brandon Jennings and a corps of veterans, including mid-season acquisitions John Salmons and Jerry Stackhouse. Playoff information and tickets are available online at www.bucks.com April home games before playoffs: Brewers open April 5 at Miller Park
The addition of left-handed starting pitchers Randy Wolf and Doug Davis gives manager Ken Macha a much stronger pitching rotation to go with his heavy-hitting lineup that includes Prince Fielder and Ryan Braun. Brewer tickets are available online at www.brewers.com or at Miller Park, where the retractable roof guarantees every game will be played. April home games: Iron competes in top arena football league
Led by coach Bob Landsee, an All-American at the University of Wisconsin, the Iron will play 16 games, leading into the playoffs and the Arena Bowl the third week in August. All Iron home games will be played at the Bradley Center. Season and individual-game ticket information and details about players and special events are available at www.mkeiron.com.
