Nine games in nine consecutive days for Brewers

THE MILWAUKEE BREWERS host the world-champion St. Louis Cardinals to start the month of May. Later in the month, the Minnesota Twins of the American League come to town in what has become one of the most heated inter-league rivalries in baseball.

The pitching staff for the Brewers will be tested as the team plays on nine consecutive days to start the month. Brewer pitching is stronger this year, thanks to the addition of veteran Jeff Suppan, formerly of the Cardinals. Suppan was named the most valuable player of the National League championship series last season.
