Hop a trolley and explore the city RUNNING through Sept. 4, the Milwaukee County Transit System’s little red trolleys run Wednesday through Sunday, starting at 11 a.m. and are one of the best ways to view the city. With a transfer, riders can hop on and off all day. Look for the signs with the Milwaukee Trolley Loop logo at bus stops. Trolleys stop every 20 minutes and take a clockwise loop. The drivers are trained to answer questions and welcome comments! The route includes downtown and adjacent neighborhoods-Westown, Old World 3rd Street, East Town, Brady Street and the Historic Third Ward.
