Milwaukee International Film Festival MORE THAN 100 films from around the globe, including the best from Midwest filmmakers, will be featured in the fourth annual Milwaukee International Film Festival Oct. 19 through Oct. 29. Films will be screened Oct. 19 and 29 at the Landmark Oriental Theatre, 2230 N. Farwell Ave.; Oct. 20 and 29 at the Landmark Downer Theatre, 2589 N. Downer Ave., and Times Cinema, 5906 W. Vliet St.; and Oct. 27 and 29 at the Milwaukee Art Museum, 700 N. Art Museum Dr., and Discovery World, 500 N. Harbor Dr. just south of the Art Museum. Special screenings include:
The festival also will include a tribute to American screenwriter and director Harold Ramis, who will personally present his classic comedy Groundhog Day at 7 p.m. Oct. 21 at the Oriental.
