PICTURE PERFECT GALLERY, 213 N. Broadway in the Historic Third Ward, continues itsf Milwaukee in Focus exhibit featuring works of photographers David Bernacchi and Dan Zaitz, along new works by popular Milwaukee artist Steve Slaske. In addition, the gallery offers many varied gift ideas including three sizes of the popular “Bowzer” sculptures.
Also in the Historic Third Ward, Elaine Erickson Gallery at 231 E. Buffalo St., featuresTom Hoffman: A Painter’s Vision, an through Nov. 20. And KATIE GINGRASS GALLERY, 241 N. Broadway, offers pastels by Jody de Pew McLean through Nov. 15, followed by the gallery’s annual Wearable Art Show beginning Nov. 19.
GRAVA GALLERY, 1224 E. Brady St., features recent prismacolor paintings by photorealistic artist Sally Gauger Jensen, as well as Ron Zabler’s vibrant new photographic images.
LANDMARKS GALLERY, 231 N. 76th St., hosts two major exhibits. A movie poster exhibit featuring antique and contemporary memorabilia includes the 160 poster and lobby cards on the gallery’s second floor. Terra-Ramas, an exhibit featuring landscapes and wildlife paintings and prints of three Midwestern artists - Terry Doughty, Duane Geisness and Ken Olesiak- is on the first floor. Both exhibits run through Nov. 16.
In Historic Cedarburg, be sure to stop by three galleries in the Cedar Creek Settlement. BIERMA GALLERY on the second floor offers a wide selection of prints by regional and natioanl artists and many other gift ideas. LEAP OF FAITH, also on the second floor, offers works of all kinds from around the world. JOHN RED’S LTD. on the first floor is an American craft gallery with items you cannot find elsewhere.
