Under the museum's spectacular Calatrava addition is a spot for lunch that is second to none.The executive chef updates the menu three times a year to complement the three special exhibitions of the museum. Kid-friendly entrees as well as vegarian and vegan. One of the few spots looking directly out on Lake Michigan, the cafe is open 11 a.m.-4 p.m. every day through Labor Day. DISTIL

Dream Dance, Potawatomi Bingo Casino's award-winning restaurant, this month refocuses on steaks. Casino Food & Beverage Director Michael Tsuchihashi says the change reflects “what our guests want" and a trend in ordering habits.” In the new format, the restaurant will offer a wide variety of steaks, as well as soups, salads and an array of side dishes. Chef Jason Gorman will continue to prepare favorites from the old menu, including Lobsterwurst and Red Deer Venison. Dream Dance Steak also will continue to offer its retail-priced wine menu. Open 5- 9 p.m. Tues. through Thurs. 5-10 p.m. Fri. & Sat. Closed June 1-8 for the changeover.

FLEMING’S PRIME STEAKHOUSE & WINE BAR

The first Milwaukee-area location for this highly-regarded steakhouse is conveniently located at the corner of W. Bluemound and Moorland Rds., adjacent to the Brookfield Square retail center.
