Milwaukee Public Museum
The Streets of Old Milwaukee will be decorated for the holidays. Next to the Streets exhibit, the European Village recreates homes and shops from many countries, circa 1875-1925, and holiday decorations add a special touch and highlight the diverse traditions represented. On Dec. 13-14 experience European Village Alive! to learn about European holiday traditions with costumed docents.

Waukesha Silver Bells
Through Dec. 30 | Downtown Waukesha

Bel Canto Chorus
Dec. 13-15 | Basilica of St. Josephat
Now celebrating its 88th year, Bel Canto Chorus, the oldest continually performing arts organization in Southeastern Wisconsin, keeps choral music, some of which is hundreds of years old, sounding fresh and exciting.
Besides a chorus of more than 100 auditioned adult singers, Bel Canto, which formed in 1931, also has a Senior Singers program for choral music enthusiasts ages 55 and up. Each year, Bel Canto's four concerts, particularly the popular Christmas in the Basilica, set in Milwaukee's architectural jewel, the Basilica of St. Josephat, attracts thousands. Held Dec. 13-15, performances include John Rutter's "Gloria," audience sing-alongs, and plenty of traditional Christmas carols. For tickets, visit belcanto.org.
