HARLEY-DAVIDSON MOTOR CO.

11700 W. Capitol Dr. 1-877-883-1450. Tour the home of the “original Milwaukee Iron,” the Harley-Davidson engine plant. Complimentary tours Mon.-Fri. at regular increments from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Participants must be 12, wear fully enclosed shoes and pass through metal detector. Participants over 18 must bring a valid photo ID. Reservations required for groups over 10.

Pier Wisconsin, 500 N. Harbor Dr. 765-8642. 137-foot re-creation of a three-masted, 1880s Great Lakes schooner offers public day sails beginning in June with departures from the Pier Wisconsin. Deck tours also are available in summer months.

IROQUOIS BOAT TOURS

MILWAUKEE COACH & CARRIAGE

CEDAR CREEK WINERY

Tour includes the limestone cellars where fermenting, aging and bottling occurs, then concludes with sampling of delicate whites to robust reds. Gift shop.

LAKE MICHIGAN SPORT FISHING
Fishing charters in search of several varieties of salmon introduced into Lake Michigan and native trout are available all along the Lake Michigan shoreline, but especially in Racine, Port Washington and Sheboygan. At the center of Great Lakes sports fishing is picturesque and historic Port Washington. Look for Captain Chad Biersach of C&D Charters in Port Washington for a full or half day of fishing action. Further north in Shebyogan, see Captains Steve and John of Phoenix Fishing Charters in Sheboygan.
