Wisconsin State Fair
Celebrates 167 years August 2-12
There’s something for everyone on 30 stages of free acts, contests and music.
The Main Stage presented by Potawatomi Hotel & Casino brings national headliners to the fair (separate ticket required for all shows, includes fair admission if purchased prior to entering the fair).
Main Stage headliners include duo Montgomery Gentry and the popular Christian group Casting Crowns.
The fun includes the animal barns, youth exhibits, interactive activities, Sky Glider, Kiddie Kingdom and Giant Slide.
SpinCity (the amusement ride and game area) provides more than 50 rides and attractions, games and well-shaded seating areas.
Saz’s Famous Racing Pigs race several times daily at The Racing Animals Arena, while the air-conditioned, 200,000 square foot Expo Center and other marketplaces satisfy the shop-aholic.

The Sporkies contest encourages food vendors to take their creations to the next level. Finalists include Water Street Brewery's Deep-Fried Turducken On-A-Stick (roast turkey, duck confit & fried chicken breast with stuffing and gravy, battered and On-a-Stick, drizzled with WSB Amber beer gravy and Wisconsin cranberry sauce).
